Aluminium Fabrication

MASS PRODUCTION OF EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM PARTS

We manufacture aluminum profiles tailored to the needs and specifications of our clients. We handle orders both using customer-supplied material and managing the entire production process from start to finish. This includes ordering the die from the aluminum mill, coordinating the aluminum extrusion process, performing complete mechanical processing, and finishing the surface with anodizing or powder coating.

In our portfolio, we have orders reaching up to 240,000 pieces of a single type of part per year.

The device also allows for pipe diameter expansion, known as bellmouthing. The tools are selected and manufactured specifically for the pipe type, including diameter, wall thickness, and the required length of the taper or expansion.

Swaging and expanding of pipes

We have a hydraulic machine that enables swaging (reducing) the diameter of pipes. It can process pipes with diameters ranging from 10 to 80 mm and a maximum taper length of 220 mm. This equipment allows for quick and cost-effective diameter reduction to enable one pipe to be inserted into another identical pipe.

Cutting and forming on hydraulic presses

We have two versatile hydraulic presses with a pressing force of 40 tons. They are designed and equipped to hold various tools for processing sheet metal, flat bars, rods, and different profiles.

Cutting of non-ferrous metals and steel using saws

We have a semi-automatic 500mm circular saw capable of achieving cutting tolerances for aluminum as precise as ±0.2mm. This saw is used exclusively for cutting aluminum and plastics.

We also cut other metals and steels using a bandsaw, which can handle cross-sections up to: Ø170 mm, square 170x170 mm, and rectangular 210x170 mm.

Machine polishing and brushing of pipes

We have 4 stations for machine polishing and brushing of pipes, achieving outputs of up to 2,000 pieces per shift. This process is crucial for aluminum anodizing to achieve the desired visual surface finish after anodizing.

PROCESSING OF ALUMINUM STRUCTURAL PROFILES

We provide processing services for aluminum structural profiles, including:

  • Cutting on a 500mm circular saw

  • Edge finishing of profiles

  • Drilling and milling of profiles

  • Machine threading

  • Assembly and fastening of finished structures

Precision edge processing of pipes and profiles

Cutting channels and holes in pipes

We collaborate with companies from various industrial sectors in adapting, commissioning, and mechanically modifying machines and devices. To support this, we also utilize additive manufacturing technologies to reduce the weight of moving parts and ensure very fast delivery times for components.

Our range of services includes:

  • Cutting non-ferrous metals and steel profiles – capable of cross-sections up to: Ø170 mm, square 170x170 mm, rectangular 210x170 mm

  • Laser cutting – max. sheet size 6000x2000 mm

    • Aluminum up to 12 mm thick

    • Stainless steel up to 20 mm thick

    • Steel up to 25 mm thick

  • Surface treatments for profiles – brushing, polishing

  • Anodizing

  • Guillotine cutting

  • 3D design and modeling

  • 3D printing using the following technologies: SLS, DLP, FDM/FFF

Additionally, we cooperate closely with manufacturing plants specializing in serial machining, plastic injection molding, steel galvanizing, and powder coating. We also produce final parts that serve as prototypes, enabling the design and validation of product assembly lines before launching mass production of injection molds for our clients. This approach shortens project lead times by allowing simultaneous development of assembly stations and mold production.
