The solutions we present demonstrate our capabilities in designing and manufacturing custom aluminium structures tailored for companies implementing LEAN MANUFACTURING principles. We approach each project individually, ensuring that every structure is adapted to the client's specific needs and requirements—maximizing the efficiency of production resources within their operations.

How Our Purchasing Process Works ?

The client has a specific problem they want to solve.

  • 
For example: transporting very unusual boxes with long aluminium parts between the cutting area and CNC machining. The client specifies the number of boxes and parts to be transported on a single cart.
  • Based on our experience, we develop a concept to address the challenge and prepare a tailored offer
  • We present our solution for consultation and feedback
  • If needed, we introduce modifications to meet the client’s expectations
  • Once the final concept is approved, we prepare detailed internal production documentation and begin manufacturing.
    Most orders are completed within 3 to 5 weeks from the moment of final approval.

Need a Standard or Slightly Modified Solution?

  • The client requires a solution identical or slightly modified compared to one from our existing portfolio
    For example: a different workbench height, a larger CNC tool holder storage unit, or a trolley with adjusted height or shelf spacing.
  • We prepare a detailed offer for the modified structure—usually on the same day
  • Once the offer is approved, we update the production documentation (if necessary) and begin manufacturing
    Just like in custom orders, most of these projects are completed within 3 to 5 weeks from the final approval
Some of our most popular solutions—such as FIFO flow racks, CNC tool trolleys, or packing workstations—are often available in stock for immediate delivery

For every order, no matter how small, we create detailed internal production documentation. This enables us to quickly resume production whenever a client needs a solution we have previously manufactured. The delivered carts, tables, racks, or assembly stations will be identical to those produced — for example, a year earlier.

ASSEMBLY AND PACKING WORKSTATIONS

 

Selecting the right packing or assembly workstation is a key factor in the product preparation process in manufacturing plants, e-commerce, distribution centers, and wholesale operations.

A properly designed and manufactured workstation allows for:

  • Increased packing/assembly efficiency by shortening cycle times — everything needed for the process is within the worker’s reach

  • Reduced losses thanks to the appropriate work surface, e.g., worktops with a flexible coating for packing delicate items such as ceramics, glassware, or precision metal parts

  • Providing an ergonomic workspace to enhance comfort and safety for workers

The workstations presented here are examples of completed projects and can be configured in almost any form to best meet specific requirements.

Each trolley is custom-built based on an individual design tailored to the transport requirements and dimensions specific to your company’s operations.

FIFO rack designed to hold 20 EURO boxes (300x400 mm), enclosed in a sleek housing made of DIBOND panels. Equipped with lockable doors and 4 unidirectional drop-in flaps for easy box insertion.
